FAQ
What types of photos can I use?
You can use a clear photo of your pet , ideally well framed, with good light in JPG or PNG format.
Smartphone photos work very well if the animal is clearly visible.
Can I see the result before printing?
Yes. You approve the final image yourself before it is printed.
Nothing is sent without your explicit consent.
What are the delivery times?
Once the image is validated, your poster is printed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days.
You will receive a tracking link upon shipment.
What if my poster arrives damaged or with a defect?
We use high-end printers and reinforced packaging.
If, despite everything, a defect occurs , simply contact us with a photo and we will find a quick solution.
How many generations of images am I allowed for each photo?
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer 3 generations of 3 images for every photo you upload. This gives you the choice of 9 generations of images for €0.
Can I add text or a first name to the poster?
Yes, you can personalize your creation with a title or a short phrase . This can be your companion's name, a quote, or a little personal wink.
What if I don't like any of the generated images?
You are allowed up to 3 sets of 3 images (9 in total) . If none of them suit you, you can restart a generation within the limit provided. You only validate when you are satisfied.
What styles can I choose for my poster?
We offer several art styles like Ghibli, Pixar, Manga , and more to come. Each style gives a different rendering, you can easily compare before choosing.
Does the poster come framed?
No, the poster is delivered rolled in reinforced packaging to protect it. This gives you the freedom to choose the frame according to your taste or decor.
How are my images generated?
We use advanced artificial intelligence technology to transform your photo into a unique illustration, according to the style you have chosen.
You're in control every step of the way: you select the photo, the art style, the title, and most importantly, the final image we print.

Quand j’ai découvert le poster, j’ai éclaté de rire. On reconnaît parfaitement Simba et on dirait une affiche de film !
Le résultat est bien au-delà de mes attentes. Le style Pixar donne vraiment vie à notre petit compagnon.
Mon fils a reconnu notre chat tout de suite, c’est déjà accroché dans sa chambre, et il le montre à tout le monde.
Petit bémol sur le temps de réception mais ça valait clairement le coup, le rendu est magnifique.
